THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eunice Nyokabi Kihika (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.57 hectare or thereabouts, known as Limuru/Ngecha/706, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in Succession Cause No. E55 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration to Godfrey Nginyo Kihika, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Eunice Nyokabi Kihika (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Godfrey Nginyo Kihika, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eunice Nyokabi Kihika (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
