WHEREAS Alessandro Perrotta, of P.O. Box 42, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Jimba/1503, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
