THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wakonyo Njogu (ID/23677417), of P.O. Box 407, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 16.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/1303, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
