THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harrison Karume Ngong’u, of P.O. Box 708, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, as the custodian of all that piece of land containing 0.20 and 0.99 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, registered under title Nos. Mwerua/Kabiriri/7920 and 7921, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers opened thereof havd been lost or misplaced at Kirinyaga Land Registry and efforts made to locate the said registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land registers under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
