REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Saifuddin Ahmedali Hebatullah and (2) Husenbhai Ahmedali Hebatullah, both of P.O. Box 18003–00500, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest from the Government of Kenya of all that piece of land containing 1.48 acres or thereabout, known as subdivision No. 383/V/MN, situate within south east of Mazeras Township in Mombasa District registered as C.R. 8729, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file title register in respect of the title has been lost or is destroyed and whereas the owners have executed a deed of THE KENYA GAZETTE 28th February, 2025 indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 28th February, 2025.
