THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Tonello Anna Maria and (2) Cometto Liria, are registered as proprietors in fee simple ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 654, situate in Mambrui in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 28700, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect of thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner have executed a deed of Indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
