APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 as read together with Regulation 10 (1) (a) of the Public Finance Management (Mombasa County Ardhi Fund) Regulations, 2024, I, Abdullswamad Sherrif Nassir, Governor of Mombasa County, appoint— BISHOP IBRAHIM KIDHATHA to be the chairperson of Mombasa County Ardhi Fund Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 27th January, 2025 renewable for one additional term, subject to the adherence to the stipulated Regulations and guidelines governing the Board.
