APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (g) of the Energy Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum appoints— JEREMIAH OBINGO (DR.) to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th February, 2025.
