THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 23rd September, 2024, I appointed (1) Hesbon M. Kiura, Assistant Commissioner for Co- operatives and (2) Joel K. Berbengi, as joint liquidators for Moi University Sacco Society (in liquidation) Limited (CS /4319) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said (1) Hesbon M. Kiura and (2) Joel K. Berbengi, have not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Moi University Sacco Society (in-liquidation) Limited for another period not exceeding onex (1) year from the date hereof and appoint Kennedy A. Emali (Principal Co-operative Auditor) to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society. Dated the 29th May, 2025. DAVID K.
