WHEREAS Jocktan Fredrick Mwakudua Mnyambo (deceased), of P.O. Box 95942–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. CF. 43150, and whereas sufficient evidence 5th June, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate provided that no objection has been received within that period.
