NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1265, in Volume D1, Folio 50/417, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Alex Muturi Mweru (guardian), on behalf of Miren Mweru Muturi (minor), formerly known as Miren Wanjiku Muturi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Miren Wanjiku Muturi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Miren Mweru Muturi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Miren Mweru Muturi only.
