NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 373, in Volume D1, Folio 324/2819, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mactain Odhiambo Owuor, formerly known as Mactain Odhiambo Owuor Juma, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mactain Odhiambo Owuor Juma, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mactain Odhiambo Owuor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mactain Odhiambo Owuor only.
