NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1310, in Volume DI, Folio 925/2320, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Wanji Jane Jackie Weri, formerly known as Mugai Jane Jackness Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mugai Jane Jackness Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wanji Jane Jackie Weri for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wanji Jane Jackie Weri only.
