NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 963, in Volume D1, Folio 46/386, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Irine Atieno Otengo, of P.O. Box 510–40600, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Irene Atieno Oteng’o, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irene Atieno Oteng’o, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Irine Atieno Otengo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Irine Atieno Otengo only.
