NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 351, in Volume DI, Folio 9/71, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mwongera Dylan Kioga, of P.O. Box 430– 60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwongera Kioga alias Mwongera Kioga Muringa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mwongera Kioga alias Mwongera Kioga Muringa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwongera Dylan Kioga for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwongera Dylan Kioga only.
