REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration numbers: KAV 142P, KCY 176X and KCK 231P that are Currently lying at our yard situated along Rabai Road, off Jogoo road near Rubis Petrol Station to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all the accrued charges that includes the cost of this publication failure to which the same shall be disposed of by way of either public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners and the proceeds therefrom or part thereof be defrayed against all accrued charges and any other incidental costs incurred.
