REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramadhan Mohammed Jamanda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwale/Mwaweche/5, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in succession Cause No. E139 of 2024, has Vested property to Salim Rama Mwamtele (ID/5419505), (2) Rashid Rama Mkungoma (ID/10954188), (3) Fatuma Badi Malonzi (ID/5420535) and (4) Mariamu Ramadhan Mkungoma (ID/8435261), and whereas the said land title deed issued in earlier to the said Ramadhan Mohammed Jamanda (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new title deed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
