REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Mwakamba Mwasawa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Werugha/Mgambonyi/1523, situate in the Taita/Taveta County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wundanyi in Succession Cause No. E23 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Charles Mvoi Wuganga, of P.O. Box 1272, Wundanyi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 administration letters, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Mwakamba Mwasawa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
