REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eliazar Muna Ondieri (deceased), of P.O. Box 294, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W. Kasipul/Kotieno Kochich/193, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo South, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 226 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Peter Mena Ochieng, of P.O. Box 294, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 42 and issue a land title deed to the Peter Mena Ochieng, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Eliazar Muna Ondieri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
