THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sawe arap Kata (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Ndalat/75, situate in Nandi County, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E133 of 2020, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Susan Jeptum Kata as administrator to the estate of Sawe arap Kata (deceased), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sawe arap Kata (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
