REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Mutindi Muthini (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mbeere/Wachoro/1864, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. 51 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Michael Mutisya Muthini (ID/34933671), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Elizabeth Mutindi Muthini (deceased) and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name Michael Mutisya Muthini, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Elizabeth Mutindi Muthini (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
