GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2824

WHEREAS Mariana Wangechi Karuga alias Maliana Wangechi Karuga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyeri/Ngarengiro/1642, situate in the Nyeri District, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 99 of 2014, has issued letters of administration to (1) Charles Karuga Mwangi and (2) Wilson Mwangi Karuga as the administrators and the beneficiary is Charles Karuga Mwangi, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Charles Karuga Mwangi and (2) Wilson Mwangi Karuga as the administrators and the beneficiary is Charles Karuga Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mariana Wangechi Karuga alias Maliana Wangechi Karuga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
