GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2823

WHEREAS Joseph Gichuki Kariuki alias Gichuki s/o Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.0 acres or thereabout, known as Othaya/Kihugiru/264, situate in the Nyeri District, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in Succession Cause No. E142 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to Consolata Ngima Wachira as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Consolata Ngima Wachira, (2) Daniel Mwangi Rinjoya and (3) Consolata Wamuyu Rinjoya, and whereas the said THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th March, 2025 land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Consolata Ngima Wachira as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Consolata Ngima Wachira, (2) Daniel Mwangi Rinjoya and (3) Consolata Wamuyu Rinjoya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Gichuki Kariuki alias Gichuki s/o Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
