REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngugi Ikuwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known Loc. 16/Gitura/889, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 30 of 2002, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Henry Kuria (ID/2010336), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said to Henry Kuria (ID/2010336) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngugi Ikuwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
