REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaka Makokha Machio (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamega, known as N. Wanga/Namamali/1496, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Mumias in Succession Cause No. E4 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour in favour of Angelina Osalwa Omumasaba, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaka Makokha Machio (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaka Makokha Machio (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
