REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kryptonite Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 84053, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 2719-Kilifi, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas in the Environment and Land Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Miscellaneous Application No. 31 of 2018 (O.S), has issued a decree of specific performance for the transfer of the property in favour of (1) Hussein Suleiman Masila, (2) Lilian Kavuti Musyoka and (3) Ibrahim Lugusa Aluda, all of P.O. Box 42246–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed in the name of (1) Hussein Suleiman Masila, (2) Lilian Kavuti Musyoka and (3) Ibrahim Lugusa Aluda, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kryptonite Enterprises Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
