THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Makau Kiiti Kiliwa (ID/867249), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Migwani/Kyome/803, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land has been lost, and whereas the efforts made to locate the said green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
