REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rezin Ochieng Odede, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0420 hectare or thereabouts, known as Shawa/Gicheha Block 10/4, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
