REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramshab Development Company Limited, of P.O. Box 32047–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as L.R. No. 209/388/7, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N51, Folio 28, File 12860, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
