WHEREAS (1) Kevin Ochieng Owino (ID/26389347) and (2) Jaqueline Alari Alare (ID/24151945), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1009 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Machakos County, registered under title No. Mavoko Town Block 2/13065, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
