REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Gitau Njararuhi (ID/1197171) and (2) Anastasia Wanjiru Njararuhi (ID/7241970), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 33/126 and 127, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
