REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Murtaza Jaffer and (2) Zinat Bader Jaffer, both of P.O. Box 57457–00100, Nairobi, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that apartment No. B2 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 991/17, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 66170/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
