WHEREAS (1) Shamsa Rahamy, (2) Saada Hyder Salim, (3) Aziza Salim Hyder Iddi and (4) Hilmy Hyder Salim, all of P.O. Box 99863–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor of all that Plot No. Mombasa/Block XX/82, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.F. 42764, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
