REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Goa Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 80021, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.431 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block III/6, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
