REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shadrack Mwirotsi and (2) Edwin Gesanda Kebaya, both of P.O. Box 38037–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Commercial Shop known as shop No, 4, erected on all piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/290, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 149387, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
