IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 15 (1) (c) of the Accountants Act, 2008, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act. the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, revokes the appointment of - STEPHEN O. OGENGA (ENG.) as a Member of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board, with effect from the 7th March, 2025. Dated the 7th March, 2025.
