NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 031, in Volume D1, Folio 349/3058, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Bonface Wekesa Daniel, formerly known as Bonface Wekesa Dindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bonface Wekesa Dindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bonface Wekesa Daniel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bonface Wekesa Daniel only.
