NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 978, in Volume D1, Folio 113/937, File No. MMXXIV-B, by our client, Catherine Syovata Muluvi, of P.O. Box 4394–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Syovata Manzolo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Syovata Manzolo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Syovata Muluvi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Syovata Muluvi only.
