NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th, December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 117, in Volume B-13, Folio 21702/239, File No. 1637, by our client, Rose Chepchumba Reinders, formerly known as Roselynda Reinders, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Roselynda Reinders, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rose Chepchumba Reinders, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rose Chepchumba Reinders only.
