NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th, December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1321, in Volume DI, Folio 349/3053, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Lokidongoi Elaar, formerly known as Kevin Lokidongoi Elaar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kevin Lokidongoi Elaar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lokidongoi Elaar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lokidongoi Elaar only.
