NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th, December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1334, in Volume DI, Folio 348/3052, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Nthuribi Mukiri Irene, formerly known as Irene Mukiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irene Mukiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nthuribi Mukiri Irene, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nthuribi Mukiri Irene only.
