NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 097, in Volume DI, Folio 322/2802, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Leah Njoki Kabui, formerly known as Leah Njoki Njogu Wamutitu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Leah Njoki Njogu Wamutitu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leah Njoki Kabui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Leah Njoki Kabui only.
