NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 113, in Volume B-13, Folio 2391/21701, File No. 1637, by our client, Khadija Fadhil Abdulrahman Al-Bakry, formerly known as Khadija Fadhil Al-Bakry, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khadija Fadhil Al-Bakry, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khadija Fadhil Abdulrahman Al-Bakry, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Khadija Fadhil Abdulrahman Al-Bakry only.
