NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1608, in Volume D1, Folio 1013/1594, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Racheal Mwendwa, of P.O. Box 52316–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Racheal Mwendwa Kinyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Racheal Mwendwa Kinyua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Racheal Mwendwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Racheal Mwendwa only.
