NOTICE is pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the disposal on uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38), of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Goods which are in form of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment, which are lying at Orako Limited, to take delivery of the said Goods in form of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment within 30 days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all rent and storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken, if the aforementioned Goods in form of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment are not collected at the expiry of the ststed period the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof.
