TAKE NOTICE THAT: The Official Receiver was appointed as Liquidator of Countryside Diary Limited (the Company) with effect from the 21st November, 2024. 10th January, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE A Creditors’ meeting has been requested to be held by the Official Receiver. The meeting of Creditors of the aforementioned company will be held physically on the 15th day of January 2025 at 11 o’clock at the Liquidator’s Office which is located at 316 UpperHill Chambers, 17th Floor, 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi. The agenda for the meeting shall be to: 1. Update the Creditors on the status of the Liquidation process; and 2. Discuss the way forward in the Liquidation. To be entitled to attend the meeting, a Creditor must have lodged with the Official Receiver, before the meeting, a proof of debt form. To file your claim: Log in to www.brsv2.ecitizen.go.ke using your E-citizen login credentials. Select Office of the Official Receiver, and proceed to file your claim as prompted on the platform. Creditors shall prove their claim against the statements of the Company under Liquidation to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the Company.
