PURSUANT to the provisions of section 50 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that on the 26th November, 2024, the County Assembly of Murang’a approved the above Plan. A certified copy of the plan as approved has been deposited at the office of the CECM, Lands Physical Planning and Urban Development located at Murang’a County Government Headquarters Building Office No. 205, Kigumo, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
