GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 154

WHEREAS Priscilla Wanja Ndegwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gaturi/Githimu/5298, situate in Embu County, and whereas the Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. E291 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Benard Mwai Gatheru, (2) Danson Kirithi Gatheru and (3) Dadson Wahome Kinyori, and whereas the said to (1) Benard Mwai Gatheru, (2) Danson Kirithi Gatheru and (3) Dadson Wahome Kinyori have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in respect of the said pieces of land, and whereas the land title deeds in respect of the said pieces of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in the name of to (1) Benard Mwai Gatheru, (2) Danson Kirithi Gatheru and (3) Dadson Wahome Kinyori, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Priscilla Wanja Ndegwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
