THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gikonyo Kigotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.3 acres or thereabout, known as Ndarugu/Karatu/284, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. 45 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Peter Kiarie Muinika (ID/22258970) and (2) Hillary Gitau Kari (ID/22023854), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to ((1) Peter Kiarie Muinika (ID/22258970) and (2) Hillary Gitau Kari (ID/22023854), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gikonyo Kigotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
