THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Karugu Ngugi, of P.O. Box 8474–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that Apartment No. GC, on Ground Floor, erected on that piece of land known as 209/11092/10, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, held under a lease registered as I.R. 133692/1, and whereas the parliamentary Service Commission has executed an instrument of Discharge in favour of Peter Karugu Ngugi, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 31 of the land registration Act, and whereas the said lease of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land lease and proceed with registration of the said Discharge.
